Industrial control cabinets for automation

We design and build industrial cabinets with DIN-rail power supplies, 24 V control power, DC distribution, filters and protection devices. Each cabinet comes with wiring diagrams, labeling and documentation, ready for panel inspection and installation in the field.

TPS integrates programmable and bidirectional DC power supplies into battery test systems for cells, modules and packs. We help you define channel count, current and voltage ranges, BMS interfaces and safety interlocks so that the complete battery test system runs reliably over long test cycles.

For lab validation and production testing, we build custom test benches and racks that combine TPS power supplies, loads and measurement equipment. When your machine or test equipment needs more than a bare power module, TPS can turn integrated power modules and accessories into OEM-ready cabinets. We mount and wire modules, filters, distribution and terminal blocks so that your team receives a complete, tested power section to drop into the machine.

How We Work With You on Integration Projects

Step1: Define requirements and standards
We review your application, load and DUT, power ranges, target standards (UL, CE, EMC) and project schedule, and agree on what the integrated power system must achieve.
Step2: Select the power platform
Based on your needs, we select suitable TPS DIN-rail, programmable and bidirectional power supplies or integrated power modules as the core building blocks of the system.
Step3: Design and build the cabinet or rack
TPS prepares the electrical design, wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials, then assembles and wires the cabinet or rack, including labels and documentation for service and compliance checks.
Step4: Validate, optimize and hand over
We perform functional checks and, where needed, EMC and safety pre-compliance tests. After adjustments, we hand over a documented integrated power system that is ready for installation at your site.
